Just successfully install iPhone 3.0 SW on my 2G iPhone now …
This is how I did it:
1. First, I unlock/jailbreak my iPhone 2G to firmware v.2.2.1 with my Mac using the PwnageTool, refer to the following link for detailed about the step -> http://www.iclarified.com/entry/index.php?enid=1557
2. Then, refer to the following link for steps to Update iPhone 2G to OS 3.0 Without Losing Activation/Unlock ->
